Winter Cupcakes

These were made for a small gathering that we had at ours over the weekend. We got the tree out, untangled the lights, dusted off the baubals and set about decorating the house.

It was a freezing evening, but we kept out the cold with mulled wine and plenty of festive food!

We finished off the evening with these gorgeous mint chocolate cupcakes, decorated with a duotone of green and cream butter icing and sugarpaste snowflakes.

It was the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season, great friends, good food, sparkling Christmas lights and beautiful cupcakes!
