This cake was a commission for a 60th birthday. The birthday boy loves his garden and his brindle whippet Mr. Darcey, so I settled on the idea of a wonky, whimsical garden cake with lady bugs and bees.
The final design was a two tiered, wonky chocolate mud cake, wrapped in belgium chocolate ganache and covered in sugarpaste.
